The Zombie Ed figure was planned for the 2nd Seres of Cult Classics Hall of Fame, but never made it to release. This left the wave with only three figures, not the usual four.
The reason for cancellation was never confirmed. Any Zombie Ed's you see for sale will be a poor knock off copy.
