McFarlane has two new Spawn figures joining in their 7-inch line. Up First is a new Spawn The Deviant as seen in Spawn: Rat City. Spawn the Deviant comes with extra hands, two necroplasm effects, soft goods cape, and the usual display base and collector card.

He is joined by Robot Wars Spawn who also comes with the display base and collector card. This figure will also feature a Walmart US Exclusive 'Autograph Series' release which will come with "a collectible art card autographed by renowned comic book artist Todd McFarlane, adding extra value and authenticity to this figure."

Both figures are clamshell packaged under the Spawn 30th Anniversary logo. They are live for pre-order as of the 12th of March 2024. They have an April 2025 release date. Our extensive McFarlane Collector Database has been updated with these new releases

In a distant future, Peter Carin, a loyal soldier was injured in the line of duty. He was issued prosthetic legs and summarily dismissed by his corporate masters. After agreeing to partake in a series of experiments, the nanites in his legs become infected with necroplasmic energy due to power surge that traveled forward through time caused by Al Simmons. Now known as The Deviant, Peter is fighting against the new corporate-controlled government. He seeks to help those in need and to throw off the shackles of the oppressive new world order.

The year is 3047, and the Mechanoid Army threatens to wipe out humanity's last remnants. In a last-ditch effort, scientists create a way to combine the human mind's reasoning and brilliance with the near-indestructible shell of a necroplasm-infused mechanical carapace. Brave warriors have chosen to give up their own humanity to protect their people's future from the robotic menace of the Mechanoids.

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
