Alongside the new NECA Van Helsing and Poster Series Robocop on Bestbuy's website were three intriguing text-only listings,
They include an Ultimate release of Matt Hooper from Jaws. This is listed as the 'Amity Arrival' for Richard Dreyfuss' character and he comes with extra heads, hands. Accessories include fishing gear, a scuba tank, duffel bag, and a crushed cup. This is also listed as a 50th Anniversary release - its therefore possible there may be more?
Celebrate 50 years of Jaws with NECA! Considered one of the greatest achievements in film, the classic 1975 Steven Spielberg thriller paved the way for what would become the summer blockbuster. The iconic character Matt Hooper, portrayed by Richard Dreyfuss, is now available as an ultimate action figure. Standing in 7-inch scale, the young oceanographer is equipped with multiple interchangeable heads, hands, and gloved hands. Plus, fishing hook, scuba tank, cup, crushed cup, shark dart, and duffel bag. He also features interchangeable arms for an alternative look in his denim jacket or sweater. Comes in collector-friendly window box packaging with opening front flap.
There is also an Ultimate Beetlejuice release listed in his striped suit. This is a full new Ultimate format figure rather than the recent re-release of the older limited articulation figures. It is based on his 2024 Beetlejuice Beetlejuice movie and comes with alternative head, hands, flier, and Baby Beetlejuice.
The ghost with the most is back! From Tim Burton’s 2024 sequel film, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, the famous bio-exorcist returns in fully articulated action figure form. Now an Afterlife Care Manager, Beetlejuice schemes to wed Lydia once again to escape his ex-wife, Delores, and finally get back to the world of the living. Dressed in his classic black-and-white striped suit, this NECA ultimate Beetlejuice figure stands in 7-inch scale and includes interchangeable heads and hands, Betelgeuse flier, and the adorable Baby Beetlejuice! The final listing is a new addition to the Universal Monsters crossover with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and is Shredder as Dracula. This 7 inch figure will come with three heads, soft goods cape, turtle skull and candle, spear, a juice jug and rats.
