NECA Gargoyles general release for Goliath and Demona 'Vows' 2-Pack, and Silver Falcon Detective Broadway

Two of NECA's Gargoyles sets have been listed for pre-order ahead of an August 2024 release date.

The two-pack of Demona and Goliath was first previewed on a BestBuy listing back in late 2023, with limited stocks release by BestBuy we understand in the Spring of 2024 - this appears to have been another 'first to market' exclusive. The set is now finally getting a general (US only) release and features updated figures of Demona and Goliath complete with alternative faces, hands, and accessories. Their wings are also folded as cloaks and they come with two versions of their 'Vows' token - one whole and one split in half.

Detective Broadway was one of the Haulathon releases earlier this year via Target in the US. Like most Haulathon figures, that was another 'First to Market' agreement, and the Silver Falcon Detectice Broadway is now being released generally. He features three head options, trench coat, Fedora hat, and a selection of food accessories.

"One thousand years ago, superstition and the sword ruled..." The time of the Gargoyles has come again! Arguably the best gothic cartoon of the 1990s, Gargoyles followed an ancient clan of gargoyles transported to modern-day Manhattan when their Scottish castle is relocated. Before they were enemies, Goliath and the clan's nemesis Demona were partners, and this deluxe box set commemorates their vows. These highly articulated 7” scale Gargoyles action figures feature their respective closed wings, and come with plenty of accessories: interchangeable faces and hands, mace, laser blaster, plus broken and unbroken Phoenix Gates. Comes in deluxe double gatefold window box packaging.

From the Season 2 episode “Silver Falcon,” Detective Broadway joins the NECA lineup with this 7-inch scale action figure! Broadway is going incognito with his wired soft goods trench coat and removable fedora. Also included are his folded wings, wired tail, assorted food, and interchangeable heads and hands.

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
