International pre-orders have opened for the NECA Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon 2-pack of the Rock Soldiers - General Traag and Granitor.
The Dimension X duo are listed for a November 2020 release. In the US, the set will be exclusive to Target - but it has not yet been fully confirmed and the ETA in the US may vary.
