NECA has released details of more 'Punk' Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figures from the Cartoon Series heading to Target. Following on from the four-pack earlier this year, there is now a two-pack of Punk Leo and Raphael as seen in 'Enter the Shredder'. They come with a selection of accessories including pizza, skateboard, communications, shopping bags, lamp, teddy, and VHS tapes.
