Following on from the Star Wars Black Series Convention Exclusive of Dave Filoni (Trapper Wolf) from last year is this new figure of Jon Favreau, unmasked as Pav Vizsla from The Mandalorian. The exclusive was revealed today by IGN, and the article confirms the figure won't physically be at San Diego Comic-Con but attendees at SDCC will have the first opportunity to pre-order the item ahead of an Autumn 2022 release via the Hasbro booth (#2404). Further pre-order details will follow including international options which we assume will all be done via Hasbro Pulse for the UK and Germany. The US price is $39.99
The set uses the existing Pav Vizsla figure and heavy weapon but now with the photo-real Jon Favreau head. The packaging is the same as that used over the past couple of years with a slanted side white, black and gold box that slides open to reveal the figure within. Like Trapper Wolf, this one is unlikely to get a general release.

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
