Star Wars Black Series Galaxy Collection Darth Maul from The Phantom Menace

Hasbro has announced that their new Star Wars Black Series Darth Maul will receive a single Galaxy Collection release later this year. The newly developed figure was part of the recent SDCC 2024 boxset with his Sith Speeder, and he is also getting an outing in the Autumn as part of a Duel of the Fates boxset alongside Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn,

This single release will not feature the outer soft goods robes, and the lower skirt appears to revert back to a rubberised skirt. Maul will come with his twin lightsaber with a removable red blade and the ability to split the saber hilt into two separate weapons. Maul will be part of The Phantom Menace Galaxy Collection and is number 05 in the series.

Maul is part of Wave 19 of the Galaxy Collection that we know also contains Grand Admiral Thrawn, Ahsoka on Peridea, Imperial Commando, Dedra Meero, Cassian Andor - and the new K-2SO also unveiled alongside this new Maul. Pre-orders for Maul are live as of the 13th of August 2024. You can track him and all the Hasbro Star Wars Black Series figures on our comprehensive Collector Database

About Me : As a child of the '70s and '80s I grew up in a golden age for action figures and in my youth bought and sold myself through collections of Star Wars, G.I. Joe (Action Force), and M.A.S.K. while also dabbling in He-Man, Transformers and Ghostbusters. Roll forward and I am now reliving that Youth with the action figures of today and am a collector and fan of the larger 6-8 inch figures from my favourite movie and TV licenses - including the ones mentioned above, but also the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Doctor Who, and the Aliens. I launched The Mephitsu Archives in 2015 with a view of creating a UK-focused site or these figures where fans can pick up the latest action figure news, read reviews and get information on where to buy their figures and what is currently on store shelves. I hope I am delivering that to you guys...
