It appears that in the UK at least, the upcoming pre-orders for the Star Wars Black Series Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, and Dagan Gera are part of the same wave as Vernestra Rwoh and Bazil.
The numbering for Bazi & Rwoh indicates this is Wave 20 (wave 45 overall). We do still have a gap with the Acolyte Wave number 17, and then the Cassian Andor wave at number 19. The gap is likely a delayed wave and potentially related to Skeleton Crew which was delayed from 2023 into 2024.
